Peacock & Verity
Masham

The past, coming soon

15 Silver Street has been at the heart of Masham for 300 years. We’re transforming it into Peacock and Verity, a community space for the future which celebrates Masham’s past.

It will include a new history centre, a Victorian grocers shop, an Edwardian tearoom, a Post Office counter, and affordable rental flats for local people.

Peacock & Verity isn't open just yet, but we're working hard to bring it back to life.

We need your help!

We need to raise £250,000 in public donations to continue our work on this iconic building.

We have support from funders like the National Lottery, but that money will only be released to us if we match it with public donations.

We have lots of work still to do so we can welcome people through the doors, from fixing the leaky roof to restoring original and unique features like our wall ovens. Your donation brings us closer to getting Peacock & Verity open and thriving.

Be part of something lasting. Donate today and help bring Peacock & Verity back to life.
